I think that the most important thing would be keeping my customers engaged and motivated
I feel like a good leader is someone that is honest when changes are happening and someone that is supportive of the group as a whole
I think that the biggest thing in communication is having everybody on the same page. If everybody is on the same page then nobody can take the communication the wrong way.
I would say that this module gave me a better understanding of critical thinking and how I can use it to help me be better at my job
I would say that if you are always prepared for your meetings and have an agenda that others can follow nobody will get off topic and your meeting will run smoothly
